UK Shipping

- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over £50
International Shipping
International shipping rates vary by destination. Delivery times are typically 7-14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
